The deed certificate itself is elegantly engraved with the owner's name, which is beautifully printed on stylish 100% Cotton document stock. The intricate certificate border is printed in silver ink for a distinctive look.

In addition to the name of the property owner, the deed also includes the true location (actual latitude and longitude) of the property, the nomenclature of the region (such as "Sea Of Tranquility"), the volume in which ownership is officially recorded, and the date of recording.
